Most of the products are shipped via Small Parcel(UPS/FedEx Ground) from our main warehouse in Crewe, VA.

It usually takes 2-5 business days to deliver to 48 lower states.

In some cases, e.g. a large number of countertops delivery to same commercial address, the items may be shipped via Freight LTL.

  • Order Return

In policy return requests will be provided with pre-paid shipping label. Pick-ups from the requested place is not available.

  • Order Replacement

All replacement item in policy will be shipped out only after the return delivered to our warehouse.

We recommend place a new order and return the previous order item instead of starting a replacement.

  • Payment Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Care & Restoration

The Countertops are pre-finished with natural wax oil. It's not recommended to re-finishing at once open the package. The best time for re-finish(or maintaining) is after 6-12 months of use.

Please be noted, re-finish or any change of original finish will loose product return eligibility of 0-30 days & 31-90 days.
