Return Reason Code
1. We will only offer pre‐paid shipping labels for Seller‐Related reasons.
2. The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the buyer for Buyer‐Related reasons.
3. The Seller‐Related reasons include but are not limited, item(s) arrived defective, wrong item,
cargo lost by carrier, late delivery to promised, damaged/missing parts during transit,
4. The Buyer‐Related reasons include but are not limited, change of mind, the wrong option
chosen, gift item
1. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging and must be in the same condition
as they were upon delivery.
2. Returns that are not in a resellable condition, including those that appear tampered with or
are missing original components, may be denied, resulting in no refund being issued
3. We reserve the right to reject returns of products that have been previously repaired or
modified. We do not offer product customization services.
4. Clearance sales and final sale products do not enjoy the return policy
Note: If the return is because of seller‐to‐blame reasons (e.g., arrived damaged), we will still need
the return for internal investigation purposes.
1. 0 ‐ 30 days: Returns are accepted for any reason from the date of delivery.
2. 31 ‐ 90 days: Returns are accepted only for issues arising from normal use, as defined in our
product guidelines. Normal use excludes wear and tear, lack of maintenance, exposure to
extreme environmental conditions, intentional damage, and misuse.
3. Over 90 days: Cases will be evaluated on an individual basis by our internal team.
1. We will issue the refund once we've received the package and verified that the product is in
its expected condition.
2. We prioritize the integrity of our returns process. If there are inconsistencies in the returned
product's condition as compared to the stated reason for return, we may need to review the
return further. We always aim to ensure fairness and transparency in every transaction.
3. The refund amount will be calculated based on the item's selling price, applicable shipping
fees, and taxes. Other costs that are not listed on the sales order will not be considered when
issuing a refund. (E.g., Cost of the customer's rework on the product or moving the product
to a non‐order place.)
4. For returns initiated due to buyer‐related reasons, such as change of mind, incorrect choice,
or buying a gift, the original shipping fees are non‐refundable. The refund will cover only the
cost of the item(s) purchased.
5. The refund will go back to the original payment method that you used for the order.
6. The transaction usually takes 1 to 3 business days based on your bank or credit card company
