Most of the products are shipped via Small Parcel(UPS/FedEx Ground) from our main warehouse in Crewe, VA.

It usually takes 2-5 business days to deliver to 48 lower states.

In some cases, e.g. a large number of countertops delivery to same commercial address, the items may be shipped via Freight LTL.

Return:

In policy return requests will be provided with pre-paid shipping label. Pick-ups from the requested place is not available.

Warranty

CONSDAN cover, but is not limited to, the following issues under normal use or during transit:

Cracks (natural or from shipping)
Warping or bending
Scratches or dents (from shipping)
Missing components or parts

Warranty coverage is only valid for original orders and does not transfer to subsequent owners.
CONSDAN does not offer custom sizing services and does not cover damage caused by customer or contractor modifications or finishing.
Natural variations in wood are not defects and are considered part of the product’s unique beauty.

The following issues are not covered under our warranty, including but not limited to:

Personal damage, such as scratches, dents, or cracks caused by improper use, cutting directly on the surface, or other misuses
Smell or perceived toxicity – Our products are food-safe and meet industry safety standards. No toxic materials are used in manufacturing.
