Shipping:

Most of the products are shipped via Small Parcel(UPS/FedEx Ground) from our main warehouse in Crewe, VA.

It usually takes 2-5 business days to deliver to 48 lower states.

In some cases, e.g. a large number of countertops delivery to same commercial address, the items may be shipped via Freight LTL.

Return:

In policy return requests will be provided with pre-paid shipping label. Pick-ups from the requested place is not available.

CONSDAN cover, but is not limited to, the following issues under normal use or during transit:

  • Cracks (natural or from shipping)
  • Warping or bending
  • Scratches or dents (from shipping)
  • Missing components or parts
  • Warranty coverage is only valid for original orders and does not transfer to subsequent owners.
  • CONSDAN does not offer custom sizing services and does not cover damage caused by customer or contractor modifications or finishing.
  • Natural variations in wood are not defects and are considered part of the product’s unique beauty.

  • Open a return or replacement request through your original purchase platform

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem so we can assist you efficiently.

The following issues are not covered under our warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Color or style differences, including variations due to wood-flour putty, natural wood grain or tone
  • Personal damage, such as scratches, dents, or cracks caused by improper use, cutting directly on the surface, or other misuses
  • Smell or perceived toxicity – Our products are food-safe and meet industry safety standards. No toxic materials are used in manufacturing.
